Fabulous picture sleeve single (check the beautiful cover art), with tracks that don't feature in any of his LPs. Both tracks are brillant Coleman experimental material, with even some use of electronic effects on "Man on The Moon". Last copies on the bay went for 200+, and don't even approach the condition of this unplayed copy. Mega rare!
The most insane discovery since a long time ! The weird idea of this early 80s big band was to made contemporary music for the dancefloor, unfortunatly no distributors were interested and this record was never released! The result is a totally inovative and leftlfield sound in every tracks that will make every beat diggers cream their pants! Breaks for days, monthes and years! Just listen the long extract: you have mad percussion breaks, bizarre scat loop, delirious east europ and gipsy atmosphere you'll find only on this record, a real new musical experience. How many time in your life you're amazed like that by a record? I'm not ashame to tell you this is now one of my most precious record. This record is just incredible!
SERGE BOECHE - Du Son Au Geste (Armand Colin Bourrelier)
Another weird children body expressions project with a crazy score ! Serge Boeche uses here cut up technic, early sampling, concrete sounds (water drops, crows, human voices) mixed with drum beats, electric guitars, distorded sax and electroacoustic FX. The result is just brillant. Beatheadz will surely dig the fabulous HIP HOP LOOP of "Compositions Structurée". With also the killing "Dialogue Instrumental" and "Musique Fuguée"... ultra rare!
6th release from the mythical "Jazz Meets World" serie. Very first original press with the pale red vintage Saba label. Inside gatefold and booklet is in great condition. Record got a couple of long superficial marks that doesn't affect play at all. Beautiful copy.
